Christian Theseira is a Malaysian born singer/songwriter, producer and founding CEO of Soul Lab Records. Many know him for his scintillating serenades with vocal harmony pop sensation, Back2Basixx.

Christian began his professional music career at the age of 18, playing in local night clubs and events, experimenting with numerous project bands. In 2013 he co-founded Back2Basixx with Aster Kyle, Daryll Nathaniel, Devon Chew and Brenden Adwien. The group was signed to Universal music in 2015 and hit commercial success with an AIM nomination for their first single ‘Senyuman’. The group released three more singles and went on to perform with acts such as Yuna, Usher, DNCE and others.
After completing contractual obligations to Universal Music in 2018, Back2Basixx decided to take a break from the spotlight and write their next album. Christian continued to pursue a solo music endeavour, providing a deeper, more personal look in to his music with his debut solo album; ‘2020’. The album was signed, published and distributed by Soul Lab Records. Every song off the ‘2020’ album charted on the Hitz Met 10. The first single, ‘Hard To Leave’, however, received the most notable accolades. The song charted on the HITZ MET 10 for 15 weeks with a position high of No. 2 on the charts and was also nominated for a VIMA award under the category of ‘Best Pop Song of the Year’.
